We have a deep network in the Greenville/ Spartanburg region. Our trusted network includes any and every trade imaginable to ensure your property is protected. Due to our limited number of managed properties, we conduct inspections far more often than the industry standard. No more 6 month+ updates!

Rent Collection and Financial Management

We have an automated ACH system established to ensure rent is delivered on time automatically. And just like our tenant placement, we take a flat fee for ALL of our managed properties.

How much does your property management service cost?

Our pricing is flat fee of $200 per month and a $500 tenant/lease fee. We are a boutique property management company meaning we give more time to each of our properties. Unlike many other companies who take your money, we place great emphasis on treating your property like one of ours. Industry standard is for management companies to take the 1st months rent to place a tenant. As investors ourselves, we know this is unacceptable.

How do you handle maintenance and repairs for my property?

We take a proactive approach to property maintenance. When issues arise, we have a network of trusted contractors and service providers who respond promptly. For routine maintenance, we schedule regular inspections to catch potential problems early, minimizing costly repairs. We always seek your approval before undertaking any major repairs to ensure transparency.

Tenant selection is a critical part of our service. We advertise vacancies through various channels to attract potential tenants. Once we receive applications, we conduct comprehensive background checks, including credit checks, rental history, and income verification in accordance with fair housing laws and regulations.
